You can do this manually. To support this by shift clicking would be counter
intuitive and therefore wrong.

I’ve found the link below from the archives.
However, I was wondering, giving the hierarchy issue, if when trying to join
notes on different pages, just the text from the second note could be appended
to the first note. To me, a non-programmer, this would essentially combine the
information of the notes, just not the notes themselves.
I often do this and was just curious.
