I’ve run into a printing problem. When I print a document at home and send it to my campus' shared CP_04_Ricoh_Secure_Printing, using a VPN (Cisco AnyConnect), on a mac with OS 11.1, I get what I expect (at home): a Pharos window asking me for login credentials.
I then go to campus where I enter login and password. My charge number and the document I had just sent from home appear on the campus machine, as expected. But when I try to print, I only get a title page, with a message at the top that says "ERROR: invalidfont OFFENDING COMMAND: xshow" then "STACK" with a bunch of numbers. If I use Acrobat, the error doesn’t occur.
