When the PDF becomes invalid, Skim may loose track of the file. As I have noticed m any times here, the file update changes are not 100% reliable, because it its not supported by Apple and we have too fight the black box that is Apple’s system for it. When we don’t have a file to track, we simply cannot track a file. Christiaan
