Is there a way to save the selection of visible note types chosen for a particular document? If not, could this be considered?
On many Skim documents I use Box notes to navigate: e.g. I put a Box around the number of each section in a statute. When I first open that document, I just want just the Box notes to be visible, so I can see the list of sections and go directly to the one I want. I also use highlights, underlining and text notes etc to mark-up passages but don’t want these to be visible initially. Each time I open one of these documents I go through 11 clicks to recreate the display I want: opening the “Select notes and highlights” panel and individually deselecting 8 of the 9 categories, so that only Box notes are visible. Allowing the previous selection of note types to be saved when the document is saved would be a big help.
