Hi, Thanks for the answer… I had it running before the last Skim update and I haven’t updated my MacTeX for some time now. The same project generates exactly the same file on my Linux system and there forward and backward searching works. I’m pretty sure the script is not called on Linux, because I generate a debug log on my /tmp/ and I can’t find any logs since the last update.
