Hi! I just discovered Skim and it seems to be a great app that has all the features that I need.
However, I am unable to completely delete Notes via the GUI. When I right-click a note in the list and choose delete, the icon disappears from the pdf-display, but the list entry does not get deleted. when I double-click the list entry, an empty square appears in the pdf display at the spot where the note used to be anchored. I searched the manual, the Wiki and the mailing list archives, but could not find anything on that issue. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
