Thanks for the explanation, it's clear now. So if this field is a
"description of the note" I think I prefer to set
SKDisableUpdateContentsFromEnclosedText = 2 over the default, and to
explicitly add a description (not an annotation) to important
highlights (e.g. some definition). The only downside I see to this is
that since highlights are collapsed by default I will be in the
situation you described as "it would just say that it is a highlight
on a page, not which one", but I think it's ok to me.
