It really depends on what you want to do with DHCP.  We have several sites
with a central device with a fixed IP address, and many remote routers
running dhcp and skip.  The router gets assigned an address via DHCP, and
uses that address to establish a SKIP tunnel to the central site.  This is
used on Ethernet to Ethernet routers in a cable modem environment, as well
as a wireless environment.
