Source outside US?

Hi,

I know this question has come up before, but I couldn't find an answer
in the archive...

Does anyone know how it is possible to get the SKIP sources without the
US export restrictions?

I'm interested in the FreeBSD implementation.

Alternatively, or in addition(!), does anyone know of any attempts to
port ENskip to FreeBSD?
