NT Skip and dynamic IP Addressing

Does anyone know of a WORKING version of SKIP that will work with dynamic IP 
addressing in Microsoft NT DHCP or Microsoft's NT RAS solution when dialing into an 
ISP?

Sun's PC-SKIP doesn't work.  (or at least the version that I have (3.0.1)).
