Hi Ludo, I have pushed in a few unmerged patches (#61305 and #61306), and I have verified that `make dist' and `make distcheck' work. The NEWS file for the skribilo 0.10.0 release follows. Once you approve it, I'll push the NEWS file and do the rest. The rest is:
