Notice that even the home page https://www.nongnu.org/skribilo/ is on nongnu.org. So, I don't think I can get my key added to the GNU keyring. Ludo's key is in the GNU keyring because they are already involved in other GNU projects. It may help to have a similar keyring just for the skribilo project. But keeping it updated could be a pain. Perhaps, it is ok to simply specify on the skribilo website which key IDs will be signing skribilo releases. Let's wait for Ludo to chime in on the best way forward. Regards, Arun
