Hello.

I set up a keyserver on host "keyserver.ut.mephi.ru" and I'm looking for
peers.

I'm running SKS version 1.1.4 with nginx version 1.2.1 as a frontend on debian
wheezy. Nginx is listening both of "80" and "11371" as HTTP, and "443" as
HTTPS. Server is physically located in Moscow (Russia, RU) with 1Gbps link to
Internet. The machine has no IPv6 connection and will not have it in future.
This server will be official keyserver of NRNU MEPhI (National Research Nuclear
University "MEPhI", "http://eng.mephi.ru/";) and will be accessable with domain
names "pgp.mephi.ru", "keyserver.mephi.ru", "pks.mephi.ru", "pgp.ut.mephi.ru",
"keyserver.ut.mephi.ru" and "pks.ut.mephi.ru".

I jave loaded keydump from "ftp://ftp.prato.linux.it/pub/keyring/dump-
latest/", dated 2013-06-05 6:00 CET. There're 3275474 keys.

For operational issues, please mailto:p...@ut.mephi.ru .

Here's preferred membership-file line:
> keyserver.ut.mephi.ru 11370 # NRNU MEPhI, Dmitry Yu Okunev
<dyoku...@mephi.ru> 0x8E30679C
