As you never contacted me to establish peering with sks.undergrid.net
this notice really doesn't require any changes. You can't simply add
hosts to your membership file and expect that it is going to be
reciprocated since there is no way to tell one has added your server
unless you are informed of it.

Actually on closer inspection of my VCS records that control my servers
running SKS key.ip6.li has been in my membership file since Feb 10th,
2014. As such, due to your notice I'll go ahead and get a change
submitted and pushed out to the servers ASAP.
