Command needs to be run as hockeypuck user.

You need to create an hkp dB and hockeypuck role and grant ownership over the 
dB (at least that worked for me).

Otherwise, it’s working and importing now. Thanks for your help. I’ll advise 
when it’s done and I can see whether or not I have good recon.
