Sorry for missing out vital info! We are using Fast start but will be
implementing True stream as well so I guess we need both solutions.
I have no access to the logs. This may seem bizarre but we use Akamai in the
US, who as you may well know provide web based proprietary software
reporting tools that don't appear to offer access to this particular info.
