we do this is all formats by inserting URL events (live or OD) with custom
software and then tracking their results from either a HTTP log using
'analog' or a custom SQL database (this is our current method since it gives
us real time reporting of viewing stats). We can also tell with reasonable
accuracy if someone stops watching the movie and at what time.
