Ermmm did you check MPEG4IP Open SOurce package yet? This supposedly
has the possibility to stream iso MPEG-4 to QT clients (from Darwin QTSS)

WMV? Yeah right..I won't say anything about their supposed
"compliance to" ISO MPEG-4, because its non existant ;-)

I think this can allready be done with MPEG4-IP Open Source package.
Did not test it yet. Hinting takes place through QuickTime for Linux.
