You can create custom constellations- see

This uses catgen (available on the CdC download page) to create a custom
catalog similar to the nebula outline catalog, so it's separate from the
regular constellations (ie, turn off the regular constellations so they don't
interfere, then use your custom catalog).
I don't know where to get the raw data, but a google search on "aboriginal
constellations" produced plenty of hits.
