Have loaded this file into stars 2 and checked proper box for USNO. When I increase magnification the program gives error message "Exception EInOut Error in Catalog DLL at". I get a different line number as I posted last night. Cannot figure out how to solve this error. Have done an uninstall and deleted Cartes entries from registry then defraged registry then did a fresh instalation of Cartes. I cut out USNO and ran program without and get no error message when I keep increasing magnification. When I put it back in I get errors. I'm stumped.
