Hi: Yeah. Download the ASCOM platform (the ASCOM software, that is) first. I don't believe Starry Night uses ASCOM, does it? But has its own scope interface. Plugins of any kind for ASCOM are like..._drivers_...you need the software that goes with them. Download the ASCOM platform from their website, and install it as per their instructions.
