The curved arrows in the right toolbar (or "move>rotation" in the top
menu) will rotate the chart by 15�/click.  For more precision (and, for
large rotations, faster), click "search>find new position" in the menu
and you can set an arbitrary "orientation" angle.  Clicking "reset" in
this window will return it to 0�, where it will be level with the
horizon if you're using azimuthal prozection (the blue/black symbol in
the right toolbar).
