Hello, Mr Chevalley.

I test this procedure with, for exemple, Gliese catalogue and it doesn't work

Well, I can see the Gliese's catalogue objects when I activate the catalogue,
but when I look for an object with the Find Menu, check "External catalogue"
and I copy & paste the name of an object previously seen with "right mouse
button" (then "Identification: Nearest object"), the program says: "Object
(name) not found".

I work with CdC 2.76 updated from 2.75.1 version. Then, where's the problem,
Sir?

Excuse me for my bad english. I can write and speaks better french.

Thank you very much, Sir.

Mario
  Hello,

The external catalog must be active, "1" in first column and the
  checkbox activated.
Then from the Find menu check "External catalog" and give the object
identification as defined for this catalog.

  Patrick
