You are right :-) I also use PSP and just saw that it zooms the same way as
both versions of CdC. Not sure why it seemed so un-intuitive in CdC 3.
Better leave it the way it is. Sorry for the confusion!

But I also know some software that do the same way as CdC, Paint Shop
Pro for example.
For me this is more logical as rolling the wheel up your finger approch
the screen so you see bigger.
But if a majority want the other way this is not a problem for me.
