thanks for the extra detail. With John's help I did indeed find it. You are
right, it's a carbon star which is exactly why someone of my astro club
checked it out. He compared it to Mu Cep and found it dimmer but more
colorful. I intend to find it with my uncomputerized C8 but my DS2090 is
standing by just in case :)
