Yes, the following is a link to the Perl script that create a new chart, locate
M37, set the FOV to 3 deg., save the chart as png and jpeg.

Just add the gci stuff to get the parameters and return the image, and the web
service is done.
The V2.76 as the same kind of capability but use the DDE protocol which is less
convenient on a web server.
