This is strange because there is no big change in this area between
3.0.08 and 3.0.0.9.
The only difference is you can now release the chart locking on the
telescope position with the "anchor" button as for any other object.
Can you try with the Ascom telescope simulator if you get the same
result? because it is working for me.
