Following the discussion of last week I am currently working on this
problem. I found there is still some error with the V3.0.0.9.
What I found now for your location is:
Rise : 7h32m
Culmination : 13h04m
Set : 18h37m
This match nicelly with the chart set at this times.
This new version is available is a few days.
