Hi,

The local horizon feature is already implemented and evidently it is not a
majority need, as most people don't need a lot of the CdC immense
possibilities . The only thing I suggested is an improvement of the accuracy
to draw a more precise line, without discussion of who are to be the
potential users . Of course not everybody uses telescope in a backyard
fixed place nor all the fixed places are surrounded by mountains and some
buildings as it's my case. So, sure it is an utility only for a few. An
occultation by the moon and the following of a comet were two occasions when
I was mostly interested to know by sure if it was worthwhile to be awake at
advanced time. I think that one of the possibilities of CdC is, among many,
the forecasting of observations, and under the circumstance of the high
horizon obstacles, this prevision avoids sad surprises, as bad wheater
sometimes involves.
