Ah, I think I see the problem- the "auto refresh" option in the time settings
is not available when you don't use the system time (inclucing the time zone),
so things don't keep going in real time.  I can see why that's a problem- even
if you're not flying around the globe, UT is so commonly used in astronomy that
I'm sure I'm not the only user who has sometimes wanted to have the program
time set to UT, without changing the computer's time zone, and still have the
auto-refresh continue to operate.  I think I remember running into this once
before, and that's why I gave up on trying to use UT in the program.

Definitely something to hope for in V3.
