Thank you, Patrick, for your clear and direct response.
I downloaded the 3.0 Beta from sourceforge.
I tried removing the file "cartesduciel.ini" but did not find it in the
Ciel folder or the Windows folder or when I ran a search of the hard
drive.
When I clicked on "Configuration", the box appeared but with only its
border (no contents...). Also, the small "x" in the upper right corner
would not close it. Most of the other commands appeared to work,
though...
