Yes, it's currently more suited for S hemi observers, but that's only
temporary, and purely an unintentional consequence of the scheduling of the
imaging that the catalog is derived from.  When it's all finished, it will
cover the whole sky.  Your phrase "geared towards the S hemi" could easily be
interpreted as meaning you thought it was specifically _designed_ for S hemi
observers.

Peter's wording sounds pretty stong to me, but maybe that was misinterpreted,
too.  This whole thing is a remarkably minor detail.
