It's only minor if you don't want to use UCAC2 for areas close to
Polaris. Of course the final catalog will cover the entire sky but that
doesn't help right now. I stand by my original 'observation' :)
I was going to let Peter's reaction slide but it made me look foolish
and there was no reason for that. UCAC2 misses a portion of the Northern
sky. That made me wonder if there is a different catalog I should use.
