You can get the elements here http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/ or use the "TLE Retriever" available at that site to download them from your account at spacetrack, at least until 2009. As John pointed out spacetrack was have so trouble wit blank elementsets but it seems to be fixed at the moment. If you use the TLE Retiever set it 3 line format for use with CdC. Bob
