Thanks for the tip. However, I'm unable to write notes , I use the computer here at culinary school because I'm not able to afford one until I graduate as a Chef next year. I have all my notes on paper along with my recipes and stuff. Also thank you for mentioning CdC 3. I never was aware that it was updated from 2.76, the one I've been using for several years. Is this going to be released to the public? I have just downloaded it and WOW! I'M IMPRESSED!. Is the public supposed to know about this and is that why it is not yet on the Cartes du Ciel site?
