[skychart-discussion] USNO stars are not clickable?

Hi,

I'm using V3 10/13. When I have the USNO A catalog activated I see lots 
of stars but when I click on one to get details I get no response. The 
same catalog seems to work fine in 2.76c.

Just wanted to see if someone had a fix before I log it in Mantis.
