In my opinion the CCD indicator must change when you rotate or mirror the 
chart to show it's real sky position independently of the view condition, 
this is the correct behavior.
For example if you set the chart back to normal orientation to check the field 
in the finder or in binocular you want the chart to continue to show the 
right autoguider position.

To set the autoguider at the right position use the "Rotation" column in the 
CCD mark definition. If  it is reverted set 180 here instead of 0.
