Common names appear in my version 2, but version 3 does not. I've configured v.3 just like I've configured v.2. I've highlighted the "Common Names" radio button on mine, too, but it doesn't work. Apparantly a bug. Hopefully, he will address this soon. Thanks for those who responded.
