[skychart-discussion] Fine movements of the charts for photograph alignment

I've got some interesting comet photographs, and would like to 
determine the limiting magnitude ( against the USNO A2.0). I can import 
the photo onto the appropriate chart but can't find the key to very 
fine adjustments of the chart (NSEW, rotation) to allow me 
to "register" the star images for comparison.
I've tried the shift+ routine etc but still no small incremental 
movements.
I assume it can be done.... what's the magic?????
