I found solution to this problem. Here is how it can be fixed: 1. Open "Control Panel"
2. In "Control Panel" double-click on "Mouse" 3. A window will open. Select tab named "Buttons". You should see a list of buttons numbered 1, 2, and 3. 4. Click on button 3 and than click Modify. A window will open where you can assign a function to 3rd button. 5. Click on drop-down button and select "Middle Button". 6. Click on OK 7. Click on Apply.
