I can only repeat what I already wrote, sorry. My utility creates new
ucac2 text files with identifiers in the last column. Make sure this is
really happening. Compare the old and new ones. Here is the line from
the instructions on my site:
"Run ucac2_id.exe which by default creates new files u2nzxxx which do
contain the ids. If you are low on diskspace you can also run
'ucac2_id.exe clean' which removes the source file u2zxxx after creating
the new version."
That really should be clear enough.
