Hi Sander, First of all, I was looking for the .ini file in the Program Files/Ciel folder. After this last email, I did a search for cartesduciel.ini and I found it in my c:\Documents and Setting\Owner\My Documents\Cartes du Ciel folder. I was not aware that the install program placed that file in that folder. In any case, I renamed the old .ini icon and reloaded the software.
As you said, I had to reconfigure the software but all is working well with all labels including Constellation Names.
