Howdy, Using CDC 2.76 and can't seem to find the Index file for the PGC database. The Burton website has moved and I can't seem to locate his new files. Therefore, just using the CDC website doesn't work, since the download here doesn't include the IDX file. Can someone send me the IDX file please.
