If you're using v2.7x, use the online resources (globe icon in upper right 
toolbar) to download small subfields of the USNO catalogs.  These go to about 
mag 20.  While it may be possbile to download the entire catalog from the 
vizier source, it would take a very long time.  USNO-A2.0 is 6GB.  USNO-B1.0 
has twice as many stars, with more data on each (including proper motion for 
very acciurate positioning), so it's 80GB.

Vizier has recently made some minor format changes that have been causing 
problems for CdC.  Currently, USNO-B works, but for USNO-A, use the ESO Skycat 
source.  Since Patrick has been working on v3, I don't think he will fix these 
problems in v2.7x.

Note there are limits on how large the field can be for this.
