[skychart-discussion] Problem with convtyc.exe

Hello!
I get some problem with convtyc.exe to convert the Tycho Catalogue I/239 (ESA 
1997), because I get an errormessage: " |+02.26739188 is not a valid floating 
point-value".
What does that mean? I have downloaded and uncompressed the tyc_main.dat.
Is there a change in this catalog?
