I've noticed this with other catalogs as well but I haven't investigated this case. Some catalogs only have numbers for the index without any prefixes. That makes it hard to find objects. There also seems to be a difference in the way 2.76 and 3.0 deal with catalogs. Not all 2.76 catalogs work with 3.0.
