Hi there, i'm a new user to Cartes du Ciel beta 3 but have been extensively using 2.76 on my previous WinXP box. now I have moved to a new computer that runs Windows 7 64bit and I had trouble using 2.76 so I decided to give beta 3 a try.
One thing that i really miss from 2.76 is the hability to keep the telescope control window sticky, I mean, on top of any other window. that is important for me because when i image with my CCD I use Astroart (which takes the whole screen) and Cartes du ciel at the same time. But in order to center a star in the middle of the CCD image, I need to see the Astroart window AND the telescope control panel at the same time. This I could do in 2.76 but I don't seem to be able to do the same thing in beta 3. Any solution to this? Furthermore when i try to save my configuration my computer tells me cartes du ciel can't write to c:\program_files\etc... but I guess this is more a Windows problem than a Cartes du Ciel one. Still i know nothing about Windows 7 and I would appreciate it if anybody can tell me how to sort that. Cheers, Ferran.
