[skychart-discussion] HST_ACT catalog

I am running v3.016 and have ftp'd all of the dir's from this url 
ftp://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/pub/cats/I/255/GSC_ACT/ . I placed the individual 
.gsc files in my ciel/cat/gsc_act folder. I pointed to the gsc_act folder using 
setup, catalog, cdc stars. It still doesn't activate. What am I missing? XP Pro
