Well, I found a corrupt or incorrect version of the SAC catalog labeled as 
"cdc_sac75_catalog" floating around in my Ciel folder that the software was 
selecting as my SAC catalog instead of the correct SAC.  Once I deleted the bad 
catalog and reinstalled the proper SAC, it works just fine.

Sorry for the trouble, but maybe this will help someone else.
