I've checked the CdC V3 data folder I use... The UCAC3 folder, contains the header file and a series of folders "n0000" which contains the files "3uc001" etc. The USNO A2 folder still has all the files I downloaded ie sg1.tar, newbin.tar, demo.tar, binary.tar, alpha13.tar ( not sure if these are used but they are there) the other are files "Zone 0000 and Zone 0000.acc etc. Hope this helps.
